OLAKALA Return and Exchange Policy

1. return conditions

You can return your unworn and undamaged goods within 14 days of receipt. Please make sure that the items are returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and in their original packaging with all labels and accessories. Worn, soiled or damaged products will not be accepted

The following products are excluded from return:

• Personalized products
  
• Underwear, socks and boxer shorts

 

2. return process

To request a return, please proceed as follows:

• Use the returns portal on our website olakala.returnsportal.online to start the returns process and download the returns label.
  
• Only use the DHL returns label provided by us. Other parcel services (such as DPD or Hermes) are not accepted.
  
• If you have several orders, please return them individually to ensure smooth processing.
  

Upon receipt of the goods, we will check whether all return conditions have been met.

3. return costs

The costs for the return shipment are borne by you as the customer. The return costs are as follows:

Return shipping within Germany:

0-5kg: 5,90€

5-31kg: 10,90€

Return shipping Luxembourg:

0-2kg: 10,90€

2-5kg: 13,90€

5-10kg: 15,90€

Return shipping Switzerland:

0-2kg: 15,90€

2-5kg: 16,90€

5-10kg: 19,90€

Return shipping Austria:

0-2kg: 9,90€

2-5kg: 11,90€

5-10kg: 14,90€

Return shipping Italy:

0-3kg: 12,90€

3-5kg: 16,90€

5-10kg: 19,90€

Return shipping France:

0-3kg: 10,90€

3-5kg: 13,90€

5-10kg: 16,90€

4. right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please use our returns portal for this purpose. The return costs are to be borne by the customer.

As soon as we have received the goods, we will refund the purchase amount via the payment method selected in the returns portal. The refund will be made within 21 days of receipt of the goods. In exceptional cases, delays may occur.

5 Damaged goods

If you have received goods that are damaged or have manufacturing defects, please contact our customer service teamat support@olakala.de before you initiate the return. Together with our team, we will find the best solution, such as an exchange or refund.
